When travelling with your young child, please remember to bring your own Baby Car Seat Carrier, Toddler Seat or Child Booster Seat. Unfortunately, ChaufHER Drivers are not responsible for providing these for Riders.
3RD PARTY NOTIFICATIONS
We encourage you to share your location info through WhatsApp with a 3rd party. This means that someone you trust, can follow your trip.
SOS EMERGENCY BUTTON
Our 24hr WhatsApp Hotline
is available for both drivers and riders. This allows you to notify our Emergency Support, should you feel uncomfortable or that your safety is compromised in any way.
SUPPORT CENTRE
Our WhatsApp Hotline is manned 7 days a week, so we can respond to both driver and rider needs as they arise.
Driver & RIDER Vetting
All drivers and riders need to register with ChaufHER. This allows comprehensive vetting & checking to ensure a safer environment for all.
ADVANCE DRIVER TRAINING
We partner with professional organisations to improve the skills of the ChaufHER Drivers, thereby enhancing safety for both driver & rider. Training covers defensive driving courses through to hand/eye coordination & reaction techniques.
SKILLS TRAINING
ChaufHER Drivers run their own transport businesses and by empowering them we hope to build confidence and a sense of security. This ensures that the ChaufHER Riders have a much better experience in the hands of professional and passionate drivers.
