Danielle comes from a business background working in London for several years. She has three young children and often faces the challenge of having to be in two places at once. ChaufHER will help her solve the complexities of managing her household while simultaneously building a business.
Greg Wakelin
Founder & CFO
With over 30 years experience in high level roles in the banking and finance industry, Greg brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the business. As someone who travels frequently, husband and father of three young children, Greg sees the potential in ChaufHER to help keep his family safe.
Stacey Wright
Chief Operating Officer
With a career in hospitality and several years as a small business owner, Stacey is keenly aware that vulnerability is a huge factor for single women using public transport. The most exciting part of ChaufHER for Stacey is the chance to empower other women to earn an income on their terms. From marketing to finance, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge to the ChaufHER business.

As a mode of transport, Michele spent many years catching cabs and public transport abroad, while feeling extremely vulnerable at the same time. As a mother of two, she understands how important it is for women of all ages to feel comfortable and confident when using a transport service. ChaufHER will not only create this niche for the rider, but also offer the woman driver a sense of empowerment.
Elsie Mugabi
Driver Onboarding Associate
Elsie is a mother of two and having had more than 20 years’ experience in retail customer relations and management, she excels in interacting with people & is always there to help, support & encourage. Having grown up in Gauteng, she is accustomed to public transport and the daily challenges commuters face. To her, ChaufHER provides a platform that ensures the safety and security of women. Women drivers provide peace of mind and with her skill set, she hopes to encourage more drivers to join ChaufHER.
